The New Name
Contact, formally Contact Systems, is focused on bringing world-class communication platforms to our customers, so they can provide first-class services to theirs. With decades of experience and a genuine interest in emerging voice technologies, we wanted a name that would better reflect our brand vision.
Contact perfectly sums up our core mission: to make it easier than ever for businesses and customers to make contact efficiently and effectively. Plus, what’s a brand overhaul without a brand-new name?
The New Logo
We understood that no brand modernisation is complete without a new logo. Even the longest-standing brands change their logo to match the changing design trends. Brand logos are often the thing we recognise before the brand name springs to mind and that’s exactly what we wanted our logo to do for our current customers and our future customers.
We wanted to ensure our logo provided our business with instant recognition that would help us to further solidify ourselves as a leader in communication platforms. For our customers, this brand recognition helps to boost their profile too. Affiliation with a well-known industry brand with a recognisable logo helps to increase its credibility and business prospects.
The New Website
Now for the big one. The all-new Contact website is the cherry on the brand overhaul cake. Designed to feel simple and slick but informative and easy to navigate, the new website will make it easier for our customers to learn about our different products and get support from our expert team whenever they need it.
