There’s nothing that warms the cockles like recognition from your peers, and our team is no different. That’s why we’ve been taking stock of all we’ve achieved in 2022/2023 and telling the telecoms industry all about it.

Brand evolution and away day
A brand says a lot about a company – from its values, to its ‘style’ and much more – so we worked with industry experts, Blabbermouth Marketing, to help us emphasise what makes CONTACT and the team so unique!
You may have already noticed our new-look website and logo, which launched earlier in the summer, but we also took the time to give the team a well-deserved break from the day-to-day and treat them to a day in Manchester where we showed them all the exciting plans we have for the future over lunch and some fun activities!

To make sure everyone was on board, we walked the through the new brand and values, with a lot of positive feedback from the team. - Lunch and Product Updates
Over some tasty morsels we discussed new products being added to our portfolio, which will help our customer do more, and get more value, from their technology. - Quizzes and Engaging Activities
Then, to add a bit of fun (and keep everyone on their toes), we quizzed the team on everything from the history of the company to the capital of Peru! This was followed with an internal ’anonymous review’ of the business from the entire team, so that we could hear honest and accurate feedback on how we could better serve our customers and make the business a better place to work. - Exploring Support, Structure, and Targets
Finally, to wrap up the day before a few drinks at the closest pub, we went through some internal changes to the team which will help them achieve more and work towards some amazing goals for CONTACT’s future growth!
Hopefully, these efforts will prove our passion for customer service and exceptional telephony solutions, delivering integrity in our actions and simplicity in our technology. Helping us create a level playing field so that smaller businesses can leverage the same advanced technology their larger competitors use to deliver an amazing customer experience.
